By accessing or using LeadsCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use LeadsCRM for personal and commercial business purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by your plan
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadsCRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
